Shipping policy

We would like to clarify that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

Free shipping: All orders that are $155+ qualify for free shipping!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at iamblessedmalaneads@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to the fact that all of our items are handmade (and/or custom) we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you purchased is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you receive a product that falls into one of those categories, please contact us (at Iamblessedmalabeads@gmail.com) with your order information as well as details and photos of the product defect.
